An owner’s problems.

My work has included roofing, vehicle rentals, specialized ecommerce, and the daily business of keeping customers informed and jobs moving.

That’s where these projects started. I needed a clearer website. A better way to manage rental records. A place where a customer could find a project update without another phone call.

I use AI-assisted development and work with technical collaborators to build those systems. LANDA brings that experience to other small-business owners.
