What needed
to work better.

A learning plan is easy to write and harder to sustain. The platform makes progress visible while giving participants different tracks and a shared rhythm for accountability.

02 /What was built

• Individual learning tracks with practice tasks and evidence-based submissions.
• Peer verification, weekly targets, streaks, and progress scoring.
• Server-side AI routes for practice, grading, and a second review of sensitive submission content.

03 /The thinking

The platform rewards progress against each participant’s own target. Its central design choice is to connect a claim of completion with evidence and another person’s review.

04 /Where it fits

The pattern can inform internal training, onboarding, and team learning where completion needs to mean more than clicking a checkbox.
