Automation & AI for Plumbing Companies in Texas

The emergency call is the whole business, and it comes when nobody can pick up.

Two kinds of work, one phone line.

A plumbing company runs two businesses at once. Scheduled work you can plan around, and the burst pipe at 6am that pays better and waits for nobody. Most of the office trouble comes from one queue trying to hold both. LANDA is run by Adam Landa, who owns a roofing company, so the systems here come from the same shape of problem: a phone that rings while everyone is under something.

Where a plumbing job usually stalls.

  1. 01

The emergency call arrives while both trucks are on jobs. It goes to voicemail, and the caller phones the next plumber before you hear it.

  2. 02

The quoted job goes quiet. Following it up depends on somebody remembering, and the ones nobody remembered are the ones that went elsewhere.

  3. 03

The same customer calls back six months later and nobody can find what was done last time, so the diagnosis starts over.

What that turns into.

Triage on the way in

A line that answers, asks whether water is running right now, takes the address, and marks the difference between an emergency and a Tuesday.

Quotes that chase themselves

A sent estimate gets a follow-up schedule instead of a mental note, and the ones still undecided stay visible.

History against the property

What was replaced, when, and what it cost, filed against the address rather than in somebody's memory.

Why the trade matters here.

Texas plumbing has its own rhythm: a freeze week that produces a year of calls in four days, and a slab-leak market that runs on trust and referral. Anything built here has to survive the surge week without anyone learning new software during it.

Services behind this work.

Questions plumbers ask.

We already use scheduling software. Is this replacing it?

Probably not. Most companies already pay for something that does part of this. The first question is what your existing tools do and whether anyone uses them. A replacement has to earn its place.

Will the techs have to do more admin?

The opposite is the point. If a field step takes more than a few seconds on a phone, it will not happen. Complexity belongs in the office side.

Can it decide what to charge?

No, and it should not. It can carry your price book to the person quoting. Pricing a job in a flooded house is judgement, and judgement stays with a plumber.
