What needed

A rental business has two experiences to manage: the driver applying for a vehicle and the operator keeping track of customers, rentals, payments, and vehicle condition. Those records need to stay connected.

- Customer website with an application journey and access to a client portal.
- Fleetzy OS interfaces for vehicles, customers, applications, rentals, payments, expenses, inspections, and reporting.
- Scheduled payment reminders and tools for importing rental records.
03 /The thinking
The design connects related records so a team can follow a rental through the operation. It also gives applications and ongoing customer activity a more structured home than a collection of unrelated messages.
04 /Where it fits
The same approach fits equipment rental, property operations, and other businesses that manage assets alongside customer relationships.
